11. The sale of fish caught is prohibited.

Guest Members fishing on the Association's waters do so at their own risk.

The Association's insurers require the Association to advise them immediately following incidents in which they may have an interest. In particular, incidents involving personal injury.
To comply, any Member who is involved in an incident whilst fishing or on any fishery must immediately report the circumstances to one of the following Committee Members:
Hon. Chairperson, Hon. Vice Chairperson, Hon. Secretary or Hon. Treasurer.

The same rule applies to Guest Members who are involved in an incident whilst on the Association's fishery.
